Hua Lab undergraduates Jillian Gonzalez and Claudia Tellez, and graduate student Jason Romero, presented at the April 19, 2026 SOD Blitz sponsored by the Center of Environmental Inquiry at Galbreath Preserve. Their presentation of "Protocol Developmental for Enhanced DNA Visualization in the California Bay Laurel" was well received by the community members and iNaturalists who attended the event.
